I had an issue with my car since I purchased it, the sun roof was damaged/not sealed properly. I took it to toyota three separate times to have them tell me nothing was wrong with it. I brought it to Jared and he diagnosed the problem immediately, he drove it to toyota so it was repaired under my warranty and had it ready the next day. Incredible, fast service with someone who obviously knows what he’s doing. Will be bringing my vehicles to Raleigh Import Services from now on!

I am greatly satisfied with the service I received on 07/10/2026 at Raleigh Import Services. A little history on my vehicle. I bought a 2019 Honda Odyssey almost 2 years ago. From the start there were issues with the brakes. Honda had replaced all the pads. They were able to resolve most of the issues, but there was an intermittent grinding on the front left. After several trips to Honda, they said that there was nothing wrong. (Fast forward) On 07/10/2026 all brake issues were resolved by Raleigh Import Services. The staff is courteous, straight forward, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them. They explained what the issues were and how they were resolved. I would highly recommend them. Thanks Guys

Vehicle: 2022 Volkswagen Atlas SE V6 Service: 10/10 Environment: 10/10 Pricing & payment process: 10/10 *photo of mini bag of Doritos, as I’ve never seen these before!* I needed an auto shop ASAP for an oil change and tire balance and rotation to get to South Carolina for my Grandmother’s funeral. I called several shops, but they either couldn’t get me in today, couldn’t get me in until later, or would have to sit for an undetermined amount of time. I found Raleigh Import Services online and called. From the initial conversation, Chris was very welcoming and said I could come right in. I arrived, Chris collected some information to put in the system, and took the time to thoroughly explain his process from start to finish! The waiting area/office is intimate and accommodating. Snacks, water, candy, etc. I appreciate him for checking in mid-process to update me on what’s going on. The office is so comfortable, I actually dozed off into a mid-morning nap!! LOL!

These guys are 5 stars all the way. When the dealer only offered expensive options for my needed repairs, Raleigh Import Services found a way to make it work. When there was a warranty issue a few weeks later, Chris was quick to respond and the repairs were covered as promised. They kept me informed all along the way via texts and phone calls. These are solid, hard working guys with an outstanding reputation for service and quality work. The next time I need help, they'll be the first one I call.

I'm currently sitting in their lobby for the first time. They haven't even finished and I still knew that I needed to leave this review. My first impression of this shop was by email after I asked about some work that needed to be done on my 2022 Jetta. The person who responded was very polite and willing to help. I didn't go at the time because of finances, but I remembered that I had reached out. A few months later, I had an issue after I replaced my battery. I initially emailed again to ask if they were able to do the service. The person who responded (I later found out his name is Chris) was the most patient person ever with all of my million questions, and when he came across something he wasn't familiar with, he was up front about needing to research the issue. Once he had the answer, he emailed back with an approximate cost and answered even MORE questions. When it came time for me to come in, I was greeted very warmly by the person in the lobby. It was Chris! He knew when I walked in what I was coming in for (of course), he was SUPER friendly and knowledgeable, and he still had the honesty that I had experienced by email. It was GREAT. (For those that care about this sort of thing, the lobby was very nice. Clean, air-conditioned, and I was offered refreshments almost immediately.) The help and experience I was provided by Chris and the shop owner is unparalleled when compared to other shops I've been to, even the ones that I thought were very nice. They were patient, polite, understanding, fixed my car, and even answered a question I had about my wife's 2014 Camaro. The crew here is AMAZING. I can't recommend them enough. But what I can do, is guarantee that they will be the ones servicing not just my Jetta, but any other car I end up having. TL;DR: YOU WILL NOT REGRET BRINGING YOUR CAR HERE!

Wow! I haven’t been this impressed by a mechanic in a very long time My daughter has a Porsche and it needed an oil change My quotes ranged from 500 dollars down to 150 I got the work done for 72 dollars! And these people are so RESPECTFUL!!! LIKE DANG!!! Where have ya’ll been all my driving years!! They will be getting all my business from here forward!!

First off, I manage a 5 star shop, but there are things that even our shop can't do or don't specialize in. When it came to my 2010 Audi S4, I was wanting, dare I say, needing, more power. This is where Jared @ Raleigh Import Services came in with Velocity AP, and helped me out. He installed an Engine and TCM tune, along with the supporting modifications, larger heat exchanger, stiffer motor mounts, larger pulley, and several other modifications to fill my needs. The dreaded check engine light. It popped up in the middle of a drive during a chaotic week - here we go! We dropped our car off at Raleigh Import Services, a local family owned-business, to get it checked out and hope for the best. They provided excellent service and transparent service needs and pricing. We had the option of leaving our car there or dropping off at anytime we wanted with 24/7 drop-off. We found out we had a bigger issue that required about 12 hours worth of work, new brake pads and a worn belt. We had all the work completed and received regular updates on work progress and timing. One item was a backlight that for some reason NO ONE (even the dealership) couldn’t fix which was super annoying to us…they were able to fix it without issue! The work was done for a fair price and we were able to pick up when it was convenient for us. The car is driving like an absolute dream and I feel so good about the services that were completed. At pick-up the car had clearly been cleaned up and was such a nice touch! A little card on the dash, a nicely placed paid receipt with any ancillary items in the car secured. Thank you!

I took my sister's car here for service with only the very vague description of "I think something is wrong with the engine". I dropped it off on a Tuesday night and by 2p the next day I had to estimate sent to me with a detailed list of all found wrong with the car. Jared was very helpful in explaining what things could wait and what should really be done asap to keep her car in drivable condition. My sister was worried she would be without her car for a week or longer with everything it needed, but they had it finished and ready for pick up in less that 48 hours! I highly recommend this shop to anyone who is fearful about not understanding or being over charged for things they dont need! Raleigh Import Services gives you a unique feeling that you are dealing with a professional and honest repair shop. Jared the owner made me feel comfortable with his diagnosis of the problem I was having. Head gaskets leaking and replaced,Jared brought to my attention about future problems that could arise if not addressed while the engine was being repaired. Showed me pictures of a part going bad and would get my approval before replacing, some mechanics wouldn’t do that and you would be back sometime later for another repair. Saves you money and time when done the right way. Thanks for making me feel good about doing business with a honest repair shop.
