I had an issue with my car since I purchased it, the sun roof was damaged/not sealed properly. I took it to toyota three separate times to have them tell me nothing was wrong with it. I brought it to Jared and he diagnosed the problem immediately, he drove it to toyota so it was repaired under my warranty and had it ready the next day.
